Nesse artigo apresentamos um recorte da pesquisa que objetivou investigar como os/as Orientadores/as Educacionais do Rio Grande do Sul têm desenvolvido projetos sobre gênero e sexualidade nas escolas. Utilizou-se a Análise de Conteúdo e construíram-se quatro categorias de análise: não há trabalho sobre esses temas; trabalham de forma interdisciplinar; trabalham com o uso das tecnologias; trabalham por meio de palestras com outros/as profissionais. Observou-se que os/as participantes abordam gênero e sexualidade de formas diversas, e que apesar da maioria considerar esses temas importantes, apenas a minoria desenvolve projetos sobre essas temáticas nas escolas. ...

In this article we present an excerpt from the research that aimed to investigate how the Educational Advisors of Rio Grande do Sul have developed projects on gender and sexuality in schools. Data were collected through an anonymous online questionnaire. The subjects were thirty-six educational advisors. Content Analysis was used and four categories of analysis were built: There is no work on these topics; They work in an interdisciplinary way; They work with the use of technologies; They work through lectures with other professionals. It was observed that the participants approach gender and sexuality in different ways, and that although the majority consider these themes to be important, only the minority develops projects on these themes in schools. ...
