Serviço social e direitos humanos : da produção de conhecimento a práxis profissional

Abstract

O presente trabalho analisou como constitui-se a produção de conhecimento no Serviço Social, mediado pela temática dos Direitos Humanos, a fim de contribuir com subsídios teóricos para fomentar o debate na área em uma perspectiva crítica. Problematizando, a partir da produção do conhecimento, por meio da teoria Marxista, os desafios para os Direitos Humanos no contexto contemporâneo e identificando as principais tendências na produção de conhecimento em revistas qualificadas do Serviço Social sobre o tema dos Direitos Humanos e buscando compreender os posicionamentos da categoria profissional, através das produções do Grupo de Trabalho e Pesquisa (GTP): Ética, Direitos Humanos e Serviço Social da Associação Brasileira de Ensino e Pesquisa em Serviço Social(ABEPSS) sobre o debate de Direitos Humanos no Serviço Social. Observando após a realização das análises, que no campo de produção de conhecimento, especificamente na análise dos artigos, a perspectiva crítica a respeito da temática dos Direitos Humanos foi unanime, porém, ao analisar os relatórios do GTP-ABEPPS, as informações mostravam uma tendência ao pensamento presente na Teoria Tradicional dos Direitos Humanos estando em concordância com a realidade observada pela autora durante a realização de seus estágios.

The present work analyzed how the production of knowledge in Social Work is constituted, mediated by the theme of Human Rights, in order to contribute with theoretical subsidies to foment the debate in the area in a critical perspective. Problematizing, from the production of knowledge, through Marxist theory, the challenges for Human Rights in the contemporary context and identifying the main trends in the production of knowledge in qualified journals of the Social Service on the subject of Human Rights and seeking to understand the positions of the professional category, through the productions of the Work and Research Group (GTP): Ethics, Human Rights and Social Work of the Brazilian Association of Teaching and Research in Social Work (ABEPSS) on the debate of Human Rights in Social Work. Observing after carrying out the analyses, that in the field of knowledge production, specifically in the analysis of articles, the critical perspective on the subject of Human Rights was unanimous, however, when analyzing the reports of the GTP-ABEPPS, the information showed a tendency to the thought present in the Traditional Theory of Human Rights, being in agreement with the reality observed by the author during her internships.
