Implementação do Last Planner em uma indústria de pré-fabricados

Abstract

A gestão de uma indústria de pré-fabricados, em função do grande fluxo de informações entre a fábrica, logística e a obra, é acompanhada de incertezas que causam baixa produtividade e dificultam o planejamento. A literatura destaca que a implementação de uma cultura enxuta baseadas nos princípios da Lean Construction são fundamentais para o aumento da produtividade e da confiabilidade do fluxo de informações. Estudos apontam que o Last Planner system é destacado como a principal ferramenta para a implementação de uma cultura enxuta e para um sistema de planejamento e controle da produção eficaz. O uso da metodologia Last Planner aliada aos princípios do Lean traz confiabilidade ao fluxo de informações que se refletem no aumento da produção. Com isso, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo implementar o modelo de planejamento e controle de produção Last Planner em uma indústria de pré-fabricados de concreto, localizada na cidade de Água Santa – RS, buscando soluções para aumentar a produtividade e gerar um modelo de planejamento aplicável e funcional.

The management of a prefabricating industry, due to the large flow of information between the factory, logistics, and the work, is accompanied by uncertainties that cause low productivity and hinder planning. The literature highlights that the implementation of a lean culture based on the principles of lean construction is fundamental for increasing the productivity and reliability of the flow of information. Studies indicate that the last planner system is highlighted as the main tool for the implementation of a lean culture and for an effective production planning and control system. The use of the Last Planner methodology combined with lean principles brings reliability to the flow of information that is reflected in the increase in production. With this, the present work aims to implement the last planner in a prefabricated concrete industry, located in the city of Água Santa RS, seeking solutions to increase productivity and generate an applicable and functional planning model.
