Quando o mundo se movimenta o vivo se estremece : narrativas de uma cartógrafa em seu encontro com um coletivo hospitalar

Abstract

A partir de um personagem conceitual, a cartógrafa, as autoras descrevem e analisam os encontros promovidos por uma intervenção institucional realizada com a equipe de trabalhadores da Emergência de um hospital de grande porte de Porto Alegre. Utilizando o conceito de atenção ao presente, a intervenção procurou mapear as diferentes forças que desenham a atmosfera da Emergência, configurando o que o próprio grupo designou por “projeto Acolhendo quem Acolhe”. Os aportes da Política Nacional de Humanização, com ênfase no eixo da valorização do trabalho e do trabalhador, sustentaram teoricamente o trabalho. A análise institucional forneceu o suporte metodológico ao projeto através das rodas de conversa como principal ferramenta para análise dos processos de saúde produzidos naquele segmento hospitalar. Ao final, a análise das implicações do grupo com seu fazer corresponsabilizou a todos com a melhoria da qualidade da atenção e instigou o compromisso coletivo com a invenção de novos modos de trabalhar.

Based on a conceptual character, the cartographer, the author describes and analyses the meetings promoted by an institutional intervention with the group of workers of an Emergency service of a big hospital in Porto Alegre. Using the concept of current attention, the intervention tried to map the forces which design the atmosphere of Emergency environments. This constituted what the group called project “caring for those who care”. The theoretical principles of National Politcs of Humanization, focused on the axis of valuing the workers and their work, supported the project. The institutional analysis was the methodological bases of the study and the circles of discussion were the main tool used. At the end, the implication analisys of the group, co-responsibilezed the group with the attention quality and motivated a collective compromise with the invention of new working methods.
