Abstract
The work aims to analyze techniques used to obtain different results on the surfaces of parts produced in 3D Printers type SLA-LCD (Stereolithography Apparatus - Liquid Crystal Display). These printers use UV light to crystallize a polymer in controlled areas. Specifically, the problem of aliasing, which appear as small imperfections on the surface of the printed object, on the curved surfaces of the produced parts will be addressed. Alternative anti-aliasing techniques will be competitively evaluated in order to optimize the aesthetic parameters of the pieces and accuracy of geometric measurements. New algorithms were implemented in open software and tested. Measurements were made using the weight and volume of the pieces, the number of different pixels generated by the software and a visual evaluation. The results obtained can be seen as different from the previous ones made in proprietary software, however the aliasing problem remains in the pieces ...
