Um agente animado para ambientes de aprendizagem colaborativos

Abstract

Este artigo detalha a modelagem e implementação de um agente de interface sócio-afetivo capaz de interagir com alunos de um ambiente de aprendizagem colaborativa de algoritmos. O agente monitora a interação com o usuário e utiliza as informações coletadas para fazer recomendações personalizadas de conteúdo. Além disso, o agente é capaz de identificar outros estudantes conectados no sistema que podem servir como tutores em determinados tópicos, e sugere a interação entre estes e alunos com dificuldades. Através destas recomendações, o agente motiva a formação de grupos e promove a aprendizagem colaborativa.

This paper describes a social-affective animated agent that is able to interact with students in a collaborative learning environment for algorithms. The agent monitors the interaction with the user and employs the information collected to make personalized recommendations of contents. In addition, the agent is capable of identifying other students that may act as tutors in certain topics, and suggests the interaction between them and the students that are having difficulties in their studies. Through these recommendations, the agent motivates group formation and promotes collaborative learning.
