Este trabalho compreende uma análise sobre a Perestroika, Escola de Atividades Criativas, envolvendo sua história e seus processos de comunicação. O objetivo central é apresentá-la através da sua identidade, da sua história e das suas estratégias, em especial quanto à estrutura, a comunicação e ao reconhecimento de mercado. Através de uma revisão bibliográfica com autores que abordam o campo da comunicação publicitária foram reunidas informações que deram subsídios teóricos fundamentais. Será trabalhado também com análise de entrevistas e de questionários com sócios, professores e alunos, para obtenção de dados qualitativos sobre a escola, seus cursos e sua valorização mercadológica e profissional. Através da triangulação dos dados, constatar-se-á que as experiências reais dentro do espaço educacional contribuem significativamente para o ensino de novos profissionais criativos no campo da Publicidade e Propaganda. ...
