O Nike+ é um site de rede social criado de forma a permitir uma maior interação entre os usuário de uma comunidade já existente, a de corredores amadores ou profissionais. O Nike+ é um site de rede social criado de forma a permitir uma maior interação entre os usuário de uma comunidade já existente, a de corredores amadores ou profissionais. A Nike, conhecida marca de calçados e roupas criou esse site de forma a divulgar e comercializar um de seus produtos, e dessa forma também, se apropriar dessa comunidade para ter uma maior vitrine para seus produtos voltados a um mercado específico, de nicho. Mas como se deu essa apropriação? O site realmente funciona como uma plataforma de suporte para esta comunidade? De que forma se dá a promoção desses produtos dentro da comunidade de forma a não interferir na formação e interação da mesma? Para responder estas perguntas, foi feita uma observação de conteúdo do site Nike+ e levantamento de dados de interação e divulgação da marca, bem como uma análise da interface do site de forma a mostrar as ferramentas disponibilizadas para interação de um grupo social. Dentre os resultados obtidos nesta análise destaca-se a apropriação de uma comunidade já existente pela marca, mas sem interferir na formação da mesma, apenas oferendo suporte e divulgação de produtos contextualizada e de forma não intrusiva no uso diário da ferramenta. ...
