Fundamentos para a implementação de um currículo bilíngue em uma comunidade de Suábios do Danúbio no Paraná

Abstract

A presente tese busca trazer reflexões para a constituição de um currículo bilíngue em uma escola localizada em Entre Rios, um contexto multilíngue onde a língua de imigração Donauschwäbisch é falada e bastante difundida. Com um trabalho teórico de revisão bibliográfica, buscaram-se subsídios para fundamentar a (re)inserção do alemão standard como Segunda Língua nesse ambiente escolar já multilíngue, tendo em vista as especificidades e as necessidades da comunidade local. Assim, a partir de um olhar sobre os conceitos de bilinguismo e de educação bilíngue, analisamos as possibilidades de organização curricular, apresentando fundamentos necessários para a concretização de um projeto educacional de cunho bilíngue, sem deixar de lado os fatores sociais envolvidos. A partir de uma abordagem sociolinguística, buscamos entender os fatores que precisam ser considerados para a implementação de um currículo que privilegie o ensino do alemão nesta comunidade de suábios do Danúbio, mas que possam servir de contribuição para as reflexões acerca de implementação de modelos de educação bilíngue também em outros contextos.

This thesis seeks to reflect upon the constitution of a bilingual curriculum in a school located in Entre Rios, a multilingual context in which the immigration language Donauschwäbisché is widely spoken and diffused. Based on a theoretical research of bibliographical revision, we sought subsidies to support the (re)insertion of standard German as a Second Language in this already multilingual school environment, in view of the specificities and needs of the local community. Based on the concepts of bilingualism and bilingual education, we analyse the possibilities of curricular organization and present the required foundations for the accomplishment of a bilingual educational project, without neglecting the social factors involved. From a sociolinguistic approach, we seek to comprehend the factors which need to be considered in order to implement a curriculum that favors the teaching of German in this Danube Swabian community, but that could also contribute to the implementation of bilingual education models in other contexts.

Diese wissenschafltiche Arbeit hat das Ziel, Entschlüsse für die Organisation eines bilingualen Curriculums an einer Schule in Entre Rios zu sammeln. Dort gibt es einen multilingualen Kontext, in dem die Immigrationssprache Donauschwäbisch gesprochen wird und sehr verbreitet ist. Mit einer theoriefundierten Arbeit sammelte man verschiedene Grundlagen, um die deutsche Sprache (wieder) als Zweitsprache im Curriculum in einem schon multilingualen schulischen Kontext einzubauen, indem man die Besonderheiten und die Notwendigkeiten der lokalen Gemeinde wahrnimmt. Ab den Konzeptionen von „Bilinguismus“ und „Bilinguale Erziehung“ analysierte man die Möglichkeiten der Organisation des Curriculums und zeigte man die notwendigen Ausgangspunkte, um ein bilinguales Projekt ins Leben zu rufen, ohne die sozialen Bewirkungen zu vergessen. Ab einem soziolinguistischen Ansatz versuchte man Gründe zu finden, die bei der Implementierung eines bilingualen Curriculums in Acht genommen werden müssen und, die die deutsche Sprache in dieser Gemeinde der Donauschwaben bevorziehen, aber die auch zum Einbau von unterschiedlichen bilingualen Erziehungsmodellen in anderen Kontexten dienen.
