Futebol e mulheres : as árbitras da federação gaúcha de futebol em 2018

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a arbitragem de mulheres no quadro da Federação Gaúcha de Futebol no ano de 2018, através da trajetória das árbitras. A pesquisa ancora-se no método da História Oral que, através de entrevistas com as colaboradoras da pesquisa, relata fatos e lembranças da constituição do ser mulher em um ambiente hegemonicamente masculino. Foram abordados temas como suas infâncias e a ligação inicial com o esporte, o início na arbitragem, seus apoios e motivações, desafios e relação com a torcida e a representação da bandeira em suas vidas. A presente pesquisa integra o Programa Futebol e Mulheres do Centro de Memória do Esporte ESEFID/UFRGS, que visibiliza o protagonismo das mulheres no mundo do futebol.

The objective of this study is to analyze women from the arbitration panel of the Gaucho Football Federation in the year 2018, through their life trajectory. The research is anchored in the Oral History method which, through interviews with the research subjects, reports facts and reminders of the constitution of being a woman in a clearly masculine environment. Topics such as their childhoods, the beginning of refereeing, their support and motivations, challenges and relationship with the fans and the representation of the flag in their lives were discussed. This research integrates the Soccer and Women Program of the ESEFID / UFRGS Center for the Memory of Sport, which enables women to play a leading role in the world of football.
