Determinação e análise de atrito através de diferentes ensaios mecânicos

Abstract

Este trabalho tem por objetivo avaliar o atrito para dois diferentes ensaios. Um é através da curva coeficiente de átrio vs. pressão de contato entre superfícies metálicas e o outro é através do ensaio de anel. Foi dado enfoque para a obtenção da curva com diferentes materiais, aço ABNT 1004, ABNT 1006 e liga de alumínio AA3104-H19 assim como para a verificação do lubrificante óleo hidráulico. O ensaio de anel foi realizado com a liga de alumínio AA3104- H19. Foram feitos alguns ensaios e constatou-se que o sistema de avaliação de atrito usado para se obter a curva coeficiente de átrio vs. pressão de contato fornece bons resultados. Constatou-se também que o atrito é um parâmetro dependente do processo de fabricação ao qual ele atua.

This paper has for objective to evaluate the friction for two different tests. One is through the curved coefficient of atrium vs. contact pressure between metallic surfaces and the another is through the ring rehearsal. Focus was given for the obtaining of the curve with different materials, steel ABNT 1004, ABNT 1006 and it aluminum alloy AA3104-H19 as well as for the verification of the lubricating hydraulic oil. The ring compression test was accomplished with the aluminum alloy AA3104-H19. Some were made rehearsals and it was verified that the evaluation system of friction used to obtain the curved coefficient of atrium vs. contact pressure supplies good results. It was also verified that the friction is a dependent parameter of the production process to which he acts.
