Abstract in Portuguese (Brasil)

In this work the dynamics of one-dimensional quantumspin chains described by the Heisenbergmodel is studied for different physical situations. In the first part the homogeneous and isotropicHeisenbergHamiltonian is analyzed from the magnetization and system’s fidelity point of view for configurations of 2, 3 and 9 particles. This preliminary study serves as basis for the exposition of the exact diagonalization procedures used in the description of the presented systems. The theoretical results obtained are compared with the ones that came from the numeric Crank-Nicolsonmethod as a way to confirmthey are valid. In the second part two types of time dependencies under the formof periodic driving potentials and an anisotropy related to Ising interactions are added to the Hamiltonian and its dynamics is studied for each type of driving considered. In order to exactly diagonalize this type of Hamiltonian, the Floquet method is introduced, providing a time dependent base used to express the system’s wave function. The potentials treated are an oscillation of the chain’s central exchange coefficient for a configuration of 4 particles and the rotation pulse for a configuration of 5 particles. The first driving potential is chosen for the study of the impurity problem and the rotation pulse is chosen because of its usage in the discussion of time crystals. At the end of this work, it is mentioned some remarks about possible extensions of this study. ...
