Seleção de indicadores para tomada de decisão : a percepção dos principais intervenientes na construção civil

Abstract

The integration of information is an important aspect to be considered by the organizations, especially in the realities where a diversity of professionals are working together. At the moment, with the fragmentation of processes, the ability of sharing information between the various professionals is something essential respecting the needs of each participant and the general vision of the globalization. This research aims at selecting the indicators to help the decisiontaking process, integrating the perception of the main intervenients in the process. The context of application was the building process of houses, with different participants and, specifically, the conception stage as a decision-taking process where information is needed. As main results, it was indicated topics and indicators considered priority for each one of the categories involved in the process (builder, user, calculist and planner except the calculist).
