Medição de ruído em embarcação para o transporte de passageiros no modal hidroviário

Abstract

O presente trabalho aborda o tema da medição do nível de pressão sonora em embarcações para o transporte de passageiros entre as cidades de Porto Alegre e Guaíba no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil, a fim de comparar os valores obtidos com a norma de conforto acústico CONF-NOISE 3 da Det Norske Veritas - DNV. O estudo foi realizado no catamarã Cat 2 da empresa Catsul, onde foram realizadas medições do nível de pressão sonora em 5 pontos distintos. Além da avaliação do nível de pressão sonora nestes pontos foi calculado também o LAeq global da embarcação encontrando-se o valor de 77,8 dB (A). Assim a embarcação é classificada como de nível 3 em conforto acústico que segundo a CONF-NOISE 3 é um nível aceitável.

The present work discusses the theme of measurement the sound pressure level in vessels for the transport of passengers between the cities of Porto Alegre and Guaíba in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, in order to compare the values obtained with the comfort standard CONF-NOISE 3 from Det Norske Veritas-DNV. The study was executed in the Cat 2 catamaran of the company Catsul, where the sound pressure level was measured at 5 different points. In addition to the evaluation of the sound pressure level in these points was also calculated the overall LAeq of the vessel finding the value of 77.8 DB (A). Thus the vessel is classified as Level 3 in acoustic comfort that according to CONF-NOISE 3 is an acceptable level.
