O estudo analisou práticas de gestão, especialmente gestão de pessoas, em ramos de trabalho considerados masculinizados de empresas familiares no município de Veranópolis-RS. Através de entrevistas semiestruturadas com 11 gestoras, buscou-se compreender como é percebida a experiência de trabalho por essas profissionais. Observou-se nas práticas de gestão: trabalho multifuncional, a confiança construída, laços afetivos baseados em uma relação de família, seleção informal, treinamento no local de trabalho e feedbacks mediadores. Características de gestão feminina foram associadas às experiências de vida familiar, centrada na intuição, no cuidado e mediação das relações, considerando estar inseridas em uma cultura predominantemente italiana. ...
