O trabalho em questão : transformações produtivas e a centralidade do trabalho no século XXI

Abstract

Este artigo discute algumas dessas questões, dividindo-se em duas partes. na primeira, realiza um levantamento das principais transformações pelas quais vem passando o mundo do trabalho, apontando algumas de suas conseqüências sociais; na segunda, apresenta alguns aspectos do debate que vem se desenvolvendo, principalmente na França, sobre a centralidade do trabalho e as perspectivas vislumbradas para o futuro do trabalho. Nos anos 90, essas dificuldades estão muito mais presentes no mundo do trabalho, caracterizadas por transformações tecnológicas; organizacionais; institucionais; definições do trabalho (tanto no perfil mercadológico, quanto do trabalhador), visto que têm ocorrido extinção de muitas profissões e o surgimento de novas, em ambientes cada vez mais propfcios as máquinas e seus robôs, reduzindo cada vez mais o espaço do trabalhador. Outro ponto interessante a ser analisado é o espaço cada vez maior, conquistado pelas mulheres no mundo do trabalho e na formagão da renda familiar.

This article discusses some of those subjects, divided in two parts: in the first, it accomplishes a survey of the main transformations the world of the work is passing through, pointing out some of its social consequences; in the second, it presents some aspects of the debate which is going on, mainly in France, on the centralization of labor and the perspectives as for its future. In the nineties, those difficulties are much more present in the world of labor, characterized by technological; organizational and institutional transformations; definitions of the work (so much in the marketing, as of the worker profile), because a lot of professions have been extinct and new ones have cone up, in working places more and more favorable to machines and robots, reducing the worker's space more and more. Another interesting point to be analysed is the growing space conquered by the women in the world of labor and in the formation of the family income.
