Análise da viabilidade técnica e financeira de instalação fotovoltaica em indústria

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta a análise da viabilidade técnica e financeira de uma instalação fotovoltaica em um parque fabril de indústria localizada no estado do Rio Grande do Sul, que adquire energia elétrica no ambiente de contratação livre. Inicialmente foi dimensionado o sistema, a partir do qual foi simulada a geração mensal de energia elétrica no período de um ano, considerando orientação e inclinação dos módulos conforme local de instalação. Assim, através de proposta de redução da demanda e com a economia de energia, foi possível estimar a receita obtida e realizar a análise econômica através do valor presente líquido, a taxa interna de retorno e o tempo de retorno do investimento. Para o consumidor livre o investimento não retorna durante o tempo de análise, podendo ser viabilizado com redução do custo inicial do sistema ou maiores tarifas de energia praticadas, como ocorre no mercado cativo.

This work presents the analysis of the technical and economic feasibility of a photovoltaic installation in an industrial complex located in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, in which electrical energy is acquired in the free energy market. The system was first dimensioned and then simulated for a one year period, considering geographic orientation and tilt angle of the modules according to the place of installation. By means of a proposition in reducing the demand and the energy savings it was possible to calculate the revenue, what led to the economic analysis, accomplished by calculating the net present value, internal rate of return and payback time. For the free energy market consumer, the investment does not return during the period of analysis, and it could become feasible by means of a reduction on the initial investment or higher energy tariffs practiced, as it is in the captive market.
