Especificação de requisitos de sistemas inteligentes assistidos : uma abordagem Design Thinking

Abstract

Atualmente nota-se o rápido crescimento da população idosa no Brasil. Relacionado a isso, percebe-se também o desenvolvimento de alternativas tecnológicas das indústrias que buscam oferecer soluções voltadas às necessidades específicas para esta parte da sociedade. Este trabalho tem como objetivo especificar requisitos de sistemas inteligentes de ambientes assistidos. Para tanto utilizou-se a abordagem design thinking afim de proporcionar ao trabalho um caráter etnográfico, pois notou-se a falta do envolvimento dos principais stakeholders, sobretudo do usuário final, na fase de mapeamento dos requisitos dos sistemas. A fim de solucionar o problema, a pesquisa dividiu-se nas principais etapas da abordagem escolhida: a fase de imersão refere-se a pesquisas que foram realizadas de forma qualitativa, sendo através da pesquisa desk, entrevistas em profundidade, sessão generativa e sombra. Para análise dos dados coletados, criaram-se duas personas e um mapa de empatia. Já na fase de ideação, realizou-se uma atividade de brainstorm, da qual participaram pessoas de diferentes áreas. Na fase de prototipação criou-se um protótipo, demonstrado através de um storyboard, um dos possíveis requisitos. Por fim, especificaram-se os requisitos utilizando o método de user story. Através da aplicação do design thinking concluiu-se que é importante para a especificação de requisitos trabalhar com uma equipe multidisciplinar que possibilitem a contribuição de diferentes visões, alternativas e opiniões. Os requisitos especificados têm potencial de sucesso no mercado uma vez que eles sejam implementados dentro de um sistema de ambiente assistido, já que busca fornecer uma vida mais independente e de maior qualidade para os idosos.

Nowadays, we can notice the rapid growth of the elderly population in Brazil and. Related to this, the development of technological alternatives of the industries that seek to offer solutions geared to the specific needs of this part of society is perceived. The present work aims to specify requirements of the assisted ambient. In order to do so, it was used the design thinking approach, to provide an ethnographic character to the research. This approach was chosen because was noticed the lack of involvement of the main stakeholders, especially the end user, in the mapping of system requirements. To solve the problem, this research has been divided into the main steps of the chosen approach: the immersion phase refers to research, which was carried out in a qualitative way, through desk research, in-depth interviews, generative session and shadowing. In order to analyze the data were created two personas and a map of empathy. In the ideation phase, a brainstorming activity was carried out, in which people from different areas participated. In the prototyping phase, a prototype was created demonstrated through a storyboard one of the possible requirements. Finally, the requirements were specified using the user story method. Through the application of design thinking it was concluded that it is important, for the specification of requirements, to work with a multidisciplinary team in software projects. That make possible the contribution of different visions, perspectives and backgrounds. The specified requirements have the potential to be successful in the market once they are implemented within an assisted living system, as it seeks to provide a more independent and higher quality life for the elderly.
