O papel do psicoterapeuta na clínica psicanalítica de bebês com transtornos graves de subjetivação

Abstract

Atualmente, o número de casos de bebês e crianças pequenas sob suspeita de autismo tem atingido proporções alarmantes. Nesse contexto, a psicoterapia pais-bebês pode ser uma alternativa interessante para a retomada constitutiva desses bebês em risco em sua constituição psíquica. No presente trabalho, a autora parte de teorizações de psicanalistas contemporâneos que têm se debruçado sobre o tema do autismo e, mais especificamente, ampara-se nas contribuições do analista uruguaio Victor Guerra relativas à sua alternativa diagnóstica ao autismo, por ele conceitualizada como o Transtorno de Subjetivação Arcaica. Neste trabalho, a postura clínica do psicoterapeuta que trabalha com pais e bebês com dificuldades significativas no processo de subjetivação é colocada em discussão. Sugere-se que, ao analista que se propõe a trabalhar na clínica precoce dos transtornos constitutivos graves, fazem-se necessárias certas qualidades subjetivas para facilitar que se ampliem as possibilidades de subjetivação desses bebês em direção a um viver em que se compartilham as experiências. Ao terapeuta, caberia contar com uma disponibilidade especialmente alta ao encontro intersubjetivo. Principalmente, uma postura de esperança seria fundamental, nunca deixando de acreditar no advir do sujeito.

Nowadays, the number of cases of infants and children at an early age under suspect of autism has been increasing in an alarming proportion. In this context, parent-infant psychotherapies have been proving themselves an interesting option on reconstituting the subjetifying path of these infants, whose process of subjectivation is at risk. In this study, we discuss the contemporary psychoanalysis of autism, mainly the contributions of the Uruguayan psychoanalyst Victor Guerra, who proposes the disorders of archaic subjectivation as an alternative to the diagnosis of autism. The place of the psychotherapist working with infants with great difficulties in their psychic constitution is brought to analysis. It is suggested that the psychotherapists that dedicate themselves to the early intervention with infants with severe troubles in their psychic constitution are requested in a different way, needing some specific subjective qualities. Only through such qualities can the therapist help these infants in the leading of a rich and creative living, in which the sharing of experiences can take place. The therapist, in such cases, would need to be especially available to the intersubjective encounter and, mainly, to hold an attitude of hope towards these patients, never doubting the occurance of the subject.
