Presença e extensão do atributo integralidade nos diferentes modelos de serviços da atenção primária em saúde de Porto Alegre

Abstract

Este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar a presença e extensão do atributo integralidade nos diferentes tipos de serviços de saúde bucal prestados à população pelas unidades de saúde inseridas no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), situadas na cidade de Porto Alegre /RS. Neste estudo transversal, a coleta dos dados foi realizada entre dezembro de 2011 e março de 2013. A amostra foi aleatória por conglomerados. A ferramenta utilizada para tal coleta foi o PCATool Saúde Bucal Adulto, além de questionário com informações sóciodemográficas. O Banco de dados foi montado através do escaneamento dos questionários utilizando o Software Teleform e as análises foram feitas utilizando o software SPSS 16.0. Para verificar se houve diferença nos valores da integralidade, foi realizado o teste ANOVA que detectou uma diferença significativa para a soma dos serviços disponíveis. O teste Tukey indicou a diferença entre os valores obtidos no modelo assistencial UBS em relação ao SSC-GHC. Como resultados, verificamos que, em relação às variáveis sócio-demográficas, houve diferença significativa em relação à freqüência de homens e mulheres, as demais não apresentaram tal diferença. Quanto aos resultados das somas dos escores da integralidade dos serviços disponíveis e prestados, obtivemos um valor de 25,28 (± 16,41) para ESF, 27,09 (±21,08) para UBS e 20,68 (± 13,18) para o SSC-GHC (valores para serviços disponíveis). Para os serviços prestados, os valores foram de 19,13, 21,00 e 20, 63 para ESF, UBS e SSC-GHC, respectivamente. Portanto, podemos concluir que a integralidade é um atributo que não está plenamente efetivado na atenção primária à saúde bucal, ao menos nos serviços avaliados na cidade de Porto Alegre.

This study aimed to evaluate the presence and extent of integrality attribute the different types of dental services provided to the population by health entered in the Unified Health System ( SUS ) , located in the city of Porto Alegre / RS . In this cross-sectional study , data collection was carried out between December 2011 and March 2013. The sample was random cluster. The tool used for this collection was the PCATool Adult Oral Health, and sociodemographic data questionnaire. The database was assembled by scanning the questionnaires using the Software TELEform and analyzes were performed using SPSS 16.0 software. To verify differences in the values of integrality , we performed the ANOVA test detected a significant difference to the sum of the available services . The Tukey test indicated the difference between the values obtained in the model of care in relation to UBS SSC - GHC. As a result, we found that , in relation to socio-demographic variables , there were significant differences in the frequency of men and women , the other showed no such difference. Regarding the results of the sum of the scores of the entire services available and provided, we obtained a value of 25.28 ( ± 16.41 ) for ESF, 27.09 ( ± 21.08 ) for UBS and 20.68 ( ± 13,18 ) for the SSC - GHC (values for available services). For services rendered, the values were 19.13, 21.00 and 20, 63 for ESF, UBS and SSC - GHC, respectively. Therefore, we conclude that comprehensiveness is an attribute that is not fully accomplished in primary oral health, at least in such services in the city of Porto Alegre.
