Territórios em transição : mudanças territoriais nas comunidades das Vilas Tio Zeca e Areia frente à construção da segunda ponte do Guaíba, no município de Porto Alegre, RS.

Abstract

É a partir da importância que adquire o território na constituição da vida e da reprodução social, e por nele estar impressas as mais diversas formas de interação e de apropriação com o espaço que contribuímos com esta abordagem territorial. Este trabalho visa apresentar as mudanças territoriais nas comunidades das vilas Tio Zeca e Areia, através da construção da segunda Ponte do Guaíba, no município de Porto Alegre, RS, Brasil. Para isso, através de nossa discussão no campo teórico da geografia social, que inclui as relações sociais e espaciais, apresentamos o território e sua importância para uma comunidade. Com estas associações, compreendemos que uma comunidade pode ser desestruturada se a mesma sofrer uma transformação na sua configuração territorial, com a introdução de novos objetos, o que configura também uma mudança espacial. Dentro da nossa proposta metodológica, correlacionamos as técnicas de análise de discurso, a qual se realiza nas entrevistas narrativas com os moradores da comunidade e em um acervo de reportagens publicadas, podendo assim comparar as diferentes formas de se enunciar o lugar e território. Soma-se a isto, a apresentação do projeto da segunda Ponte do Guaíba e suas alterações no espaço, bem como o registro de diferentes configurações territoriais através das técnicas de cartografia. A possibilidade de utilizar este conjunto de técnicas, e que somadas ao trabalho de campo, articulam-se e proporcionam uma compreensão geográfica de percepção territorial.

It is from the importance that acquires the territory in the constitution of the life and social reproduction, and for him to be printed the most diverse forms of ownership and interaction with the space that we have this territorial approach. This work aims to present the territorial changes in the communities of villages Tio Zeca and Areia, through the built of the second bridge of Guaíba, in the municipality of Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil. For this, we present through our discussion in the theoretical of social geography, social relations and spatial interface, and so we present the territory and its importance to a community. These associations can flatten a community crushed if it will undergo a transformation in their territorial setting, introducing new objects, which is an alteration. Within our methodological approach, correlate some techniques, such as speech analysis, carried out in interviews with residents of the community narratives, and in a collection of reports published by comparing the different ways of stating the place and territory. Added to this, the presentation of the project of the second Guaíba Bridge, as well as using the techniques of cartography, we recorded the different forms of land-use and configuration of the territory by its inhabitants. The possibility of using these techniques, which added to the field work, fit together and provide a geographical understanding of belonging and territorial, allowing so a greater perception and record of situations experienced at that place, that will be destroyed with the progress of the works, thus making the social and spatial analysis.
