Análise de sites brasileiros de bulas de medicamentos sob a ótica da busca de informação

Abstract

Este trabalho destaca o fato de que na primeira década do século XXI a legislação brasileira a respeito das bulas de medicamentos melhorou bastante. A popularização da Internet no Brasil proporcionou o acesso on-line a bulas de medicamentos, em sites específicos. Este trabalho visa o estudo de sites de bulas de medicamentos. Discorre-se sobre os temas: Arquitetura da Informação, recuperação da informação, qualidade da informação, informação em saúde, legislação brasileira sobre bulas. Busca-se, a partir deste estudo, avaliar a Arquitetura da Informação e o conteúdo de bulas, à luz da atual norma sobre o assunto, a Resolução da Diretoria Colegiada (RDC) 47/2009, entre outros aspectos, referentes à qualidade das informações oferecidas em cinco sites de bulas de medicamentos, que são direcionados à população médica e leiga e foram escolhidos aleatoriamente. Tais sites foram avaliados através de 39 questões, divididas em 3 grandes grupos: Arquitetura da Informação, Qualidade da informação e Conteúdo das bulas conforme a RDC 47/2009. Percebe-se diferenças significativas entre os sites analisados, especialmente no número de laboratório que oferecem como resposta para a pesquisa do medicamento cloridrato de sertralina e nas respostas para o Grupo de questões Conteúdo das bulas conforme a RDC 47/2009. Sugere-se futuras pesquisas como, por exemplo, com mais sites que tenham bulas de medicamentos e pesquisas mais aprofundadas em relação a possíveis defeitos nas atuais bulas de medicamentos.

In the first decade of 21st century there were some changes on the Brazilian law regarding the drug leaflet. When the internet became popular in Brazil provided online acess of packages inserts in specific sites . This work will help to study these sites. These works features the following themes: Architecture of information, information retrieve ,quality of the information, health information ,Brazilian legislation on drug leaflet. This work will also evaluate the architect information, as well as the content of drug leaflet, having as bases the current regulation of the subject, the RDC 47/2009 among other aspects, regarding the quality of the information offered in five sites of packages inserts that were target to the medical staff and patients. These sites were chosen randomly, and meaningful differences were found among them. Such sites were evaluated through 39 questions divided in three great groups: Architecture of the information , quality of information and the content of the packages inserts as RDC 47/2009 rules. It was perceived meaningful differences among the analyzed sites, specially in the laboratory number they offered as answer to the research of chlorhydrate of Sertraline in the answers of the question group of questions of the drug leaflet contents as the RDC 47/2009. This work suggests that in the future there will be deeper researches on possible defects in the currents packages inserts.
