Análise de educação socialista existente em Cuba a luz dos princípios marxistas sobre a educação

Abstract

O artigo apresenta uma síntese da educação conforme preconizada por Marx, em paralelo com a educação que atualmente tem lugar em Cuba. As autoras apresentam sucintamente a história da educação socialista cubana a partir da revolução marxista: a luta pela alfabetização, seus resultados e o estado atual do ensino na ilha. São apresentados depoimentos de professores ligados à área de Educação que estiveram em Cuba.

The article introduces a synthesis of the education as preconized by Marx in a paralell to the education that nowadays occurs in Cuba. The authors present a summarized Cuba socialist education history up from the marxist revolution, the struggle for teaching to read and write, its results and the current state of teaching in the island. Statements of teachers linked to the Education are who have been to Cuba are presented.
