A concepção de transferência na clínica fonoaudiológica

Abstract

O presente trabalho surgiu a partir de questões levantadas sobre a relação transferencial dos atendimentos fonoaudiológicos, no estágio realizado na Clínica de Atendimento Psicológico da UFRGS. Assim, este estudo tem como objetivo investigar a pertinência do conceito de transferência no campo da Fonoaudiologia. Na área da Fonoaudiologia, é corrente o desconhecimento ou a minimização do conceito de transferência. De nosso ponto de vista, é importante entender o tema proposto para que se possa perceber os efeitos deste elemento clínico no atendimento fonoaudiológico. Este estudo, portanto, inicia percorrendo questões fundamentais para compreender o fenômeno da transferência, a partir de concepções de Freud e Lacan. Partimos do fato de que a transferência é um fenômeno universal, fazendo parte de qualquer relação terapêutica. Após essa consideração, retomamos textos da área da Fonoaudiologia para refletir sobre a forma com que o conceito de transferência vem circulando neste campo. Por fim, trazemos uma reflexão de ordem teórico-prática, apresentando breves recortes clínicos, e tecendo um diálogo entre a teoria e a clínica. Finalizamos este trabalho reforçando a importância de o fonoaudiólogo conhecer o conceito de transferência para escutar o que é trazido pelo paciente em situação clínica.

This paper emerged from issues raised about the transferencial relation of phonoaudiological assistance, in the training program held at the UFRGS Psychological Assistance Clinic. Thus, this study aims to investigate pertinence of the concept of transference in the field of Speech Therapy. In the field of Speech Therapy, the ignorance or the minimization of the transference concept is current. From our point of view, it is important to understand the proposed theme to notice the effects of this clinical element on the phonoaudiological assistance. This study, therefore, starts following fundamental issues to understand the transference phenomenon since Freud and Lacan conceptions. We start from the fact that the transference is a universal phenomenon, as part of any therapeutic relation. After this consideration, we recovered Speech Therapy area texts to reflect on the way in which the concept of transference has been circulating in this field. Finally, we provide a theoretical-practical reflection, showing brief clinical sections and making a dialogue between the theory and the clinic. We finished this paper reinforcing the importance of the speech therapist to know the concept of transference to hear what is translated by the patient in a clinical situation.
