Princípios metodológicos da transcrição de base enunciativa de falas sintomáticas

Abstract

Introdução: A transcrição de falas sintomáticas em contexto clínico possui papel fundamental no registro e análise de fatos linguísticos realizados pelo fonoaudiólogo. O apoio no material transcrito pode o auxiliar na compreensão da forma com que cada paciente enuncia, oportunizando o acesso à materialidade linguística que circula na cena clínica. É evidente a grande utilização da transcrição fonética no registro de dados que circulam em atendimento fonoaudiológico, buscando a fidedignidade ao ato de fala na passagem do oral ao escrito, a generalização das representações gráficas e o registro apenas do conteúdo oralizado. Objetivo: Desenvolver uma proposta teórico-metodológica de transcrição de fala sintomática, baseada em aspectos enunciativos, que ultrapasse o registro e análise pura da oralidade ao associar componentes prosódicos e gestuais. Materiais e métodos: Estudo descritivo de caráter observacional construído a partir de dados oriundos do Banco de Dados ENUNSIL (Enunciação e Sintoma na Linguagem), coletados em sessões de atendimento fonoaudiológico, buscando-se propor uma nova modalidade de transcrição de fala sintomática, ao serem considerados aspectos prosódicos e gestuais. Conclusões: Por acreditarmos na necessidade de elaborar uma transcrição que privilegie a singularidade oriunda de cada sujeito e suas manifestações linguísticas, desenvolvemos esta proposta. Ter como base teórica a linguística estruturalista e enunciativa pôde nos auxiliar não apenas a propor os elementos que devem ser considerados para a estruturação do material transcrito, mas principalmente, na análise que se pode fazer disto. Por fim, acreditamos que a transcrição de base enunciativa de falas sintomáticas aponta para novos rumos na consideração de falas sintomáticas, por meio do registro e análise de falas em relação, bem como de aspectos que extrapolam o registro puro do oral.

Introduction: The transcription of symptomatic speech in clinical context plays a fundamental role in the recording and analysis of linguistic facts made by the speech therapist. The support of the transcribed material can assist in understanding the way in which each patient utter, creating the opportunity to access the linguistic materiality that circulates in the clinical scene. The major use of phonetic transcription in the registry of data circulating in speech therapy is evident, in an attempt of reaching reliability in the transcription of the act of speech after the passage from oral to written form; this results in the generalization of graphical representations and in the record that only takes into account the oral form. Objective: To develop a theoretical and methodological proposal of symptomatic speech transcription based on aspects of enunciation, which transcends the recording and analysis of pure oral form, associating it with prosodic and gestural components. Materials and methods: A descriptive observational constructed from data from the Database ENUNSIL (Enunciation and the Symptom Language) collected in sessions of speech therapy, seeking to propose a new type of speech transcript symptomatic, when considered gestural and prosodic aspects. Conclusions: This proposal was developed because we believe in the need to privilege the transcription that favors the singularity of each subject and its linguistic manifestation. The base in the theoretical framework of structural and enunciative linguistics could help us not only to propose the elements that should be considered for structuring the transcribed material, but mainly in the analysis that can be developed by this. Finally, we believe that the enunciative-based transcription of symptomatic speeches points to new directions in consideration of symptomatic speech, by recording and analyzing contextualized speech, as well as aspects that go beyond the pure oral record.
