O presente trabalho busca analisar a eficiência do marketing realizado através do uso de mídias sociais pelo restaurante de comida japonesa Sashiburi. Para tal, foram utilizados procedimentos metodológicos que envolvem uma parte teórica, com revisão de literatura sobre marketing, marketing de relacionamento e sobre as mídias sociais estudadas – Facebook, Twitter e Foursquare – e métricas para a análise das mesmas, além de uma contextualização da situação atual da empresa no seu ambiente. Na etapa de análise, foi utilizado um método misto, qualitativo e quantitativo, que busca, através de leitura de relatórios e dados numéricos, explicar os motivos para tais resultados. Este método foi aplicado para dados de um período de sete meses e demonstrou que, enquanto algumas decisões de marketing estão sendo tomadas corretamente pelo restaurante, há muitos pontos a melhorar. O uso do Twitter deve ser reavaliado, pois atualmente utiliza-se uma estratégia idêntica a do Facebook, sendo que são redes diferentes, e o Foursquare não recebe a atenção devida. Além disso, por mais que a empresa afirme ter o objetivo de captação de novos clientes e de retenção dos atuais, o primeiro não vem apresentando muito sucesso pelos resultados das métricas utilizadas. ...
