Gestão : fluxo de alunos em uma escola de ginástica infantil

Abstract

Hoje, no município de Porto Alegre, muitas instituições de ensino apresentam em sua proposta atividades esportivas de forma extracurricular, conhecidas como as famosas “Escolinhas”. Já que os clientes da empresa são os alunos e suas famílias, não se surpreende que um detalhamento do fluxo de alunos ao longo dos anos seja de grande significância para o planejamento e a administração do negócio. O presente estudo tem como principal objetivo descrever como se deu o fluxo de alunos na Rede Gymnastic Stars – Escola de Ginástica Infantil em suas três sedes, nos anos de 2011 e 2012. Através de registros das presenças e pagamentos das mensalidades, foi feita uma análise dos dados para responder as questões da pesquisa e apresentar gráficos, para poder melhor visualizá-las. A presente investigação caracteriza-se como um estudo do tipo ex post fato, descritivo. A sede dois surpreendeu, pois, mesmo com um número reduzido de alunos matriculados na escola (85 em 2011 e 109 em 2012), conseguiu captar para a aula experimental 32,94% em 2011 e 23,85% em 2012, dos alunos. Enquanto a sede um captou 8,82% e 10,00% e a sede três captou 10,30% e 9,93%, nos anos de 2011 e 2012, respectivamente. O percentual de matriculados em relação à aula experimental foi menor em 2011 do que em 2012 nas três sedes. No geral ficou em 60,00% em 2011 e 75,89% em 2012. Quanto á evasão, 19,05% das crianças abandonaram a atividade em 2011, enquanto que no ano de 2012 o valor relativo subiu para 28,24%. O percentual de retorno geral ficou em 58,73% da população. Podemos concluir que, as sedes um e três foram escolas com bons potenciais de captação de alunos.

This study's main objective is to describe how was the flow of students in the Gymnastic Network Stars - School of Gymnastics Child in its three offices, in the years 2011 and 2012. Through records of attendance and monthly payments, was done an analysis of data to answer questions of this research and after present as a graph in order to better visualize them. This research is characterized as a type study called ex post fact, descriptive. The second headquarters let surprised, because even with a reduced number of students enrolled in school (85 in 2011 and 109 in 2012), managed to capture students for the trial class, being 32.94% in 2011 and 23.85% in 2012. While the first headquarters has captured 8.82% and 10.00%, the third headquarters has 10.30% and 9.93% in the years of 2011 and 2012, respectively. The percentage of enrolled regarding trial class was lower in 2011 than in 2012 in all three venues. Overall stood at 60.00% in 2011 and 75.89% in 2012. As to evasion, 19.05% of children had abandoned activity in 2011, while in 2012 the relative value rose to 28.24%. The return rate overall was 58.73% in the population. We can conclude that the headquarters one and three, were schools with good potential to attract students.
