Web 2.0 : formas de interação por estudantes de Biblioteconomia

Abstract

Busca compreender os recursos e a forma como estudantes de Biblioteconomia utilizam a Web 2.0 para acessar e compartilhar informações e a maneira como interagem com outros usuários nas redes. O estudo teve abordagem qualitativa, com a finalidade de compreender o fenômeno dentro de um contexto. Utilizou-se a descrição e a interpretação da realidade dos sujeitos no acesso, compartilhamento e interação nos recursos informacionais disponíveis na Web 2.0. Para isso, foi realizada uma entrevista com 07 (sete) estudantes de Biblioteconomia pertencentes à comissão organizadora de eventos de estudantes de Biblioteconomia no ano de 2011. As categorias de análise foram ambientes e recursos utilizados da Web 2.0 assuntos abordados, forma de interação e frequência. Para representar os dados a partir de uma perspectiva mais próxima do sujeito, foram utilizados trechos das entrevistas. É possível afirmar que os estudantes de Biblioteconomia entrevistados, utilizam os recursos de sites especializados, e de notícias, redes sociais e recursos de conversação online para acessar, produzir e compartilhar informações interagindo com os recursos de forma reativa e com outros usuários de forma mútua. Conclui-se que os estudantes de Biblioteconomia acompanham os avanços das novas demandas informacionais utilizando os recursos disponíveis na Web 2.0 para inovar e aprimorar os serviços oferecidos e assim disseminar informações relevantes a comunidade de usuários que atendem.

It seeks to understand the features and how students use the Library Web 2.0 to access and share information and how they interact with other users on the networks. The study was a qualitative approach, in order to understand the phenomenon in context. We used the description and interpretation of the reality of subject access, sharing and interaction in information resources available in Web 2.0. For this, an interview was conducted with 07 (seven) students belonging to the Library event organizing committee of students of Librarianship in 2011. The categories of analysis were used environments and features of Web 2.0 topics covered, form and frequency of interaction. To represent the data from a closer view of the subject, we used extracts of interviews. It can be argued that students of librarianship interviewed, using the resources of specialized Websites, and news, social networking and Chat online resources to access, produce and share information by interacting with resources in a reactive way and with others so mutual. It is concluded that students of librarianship accompanying advances in new demands using the informational resources available on the Web 2.0 to innovate and improve the services offered and thus disseminate information relevant to the user community they serve.
