O objetivo deste trabalho é mostrar que o Brasil está em um período de amadurecimento de suas instituições democráticas ao mesmo tempo em que a sua economia cresce. Essas características o tornam único e incapaz de ser classificado a partir de sua renda pela multidimensionalidade da vida humana. A dependência que países com grandes desigualdades e um médio PIB per capita de instituições internacionais como a ONU se reduziu por terem conseguido elaborar políticas internas para solucionar problemas, como o combate à fome. As agências e escritórios do Sistema ONU ainda têm espaço para atuar no Brasil, no entanto, a reformulação de sua abordagem feita para lidar com países pobres é impreterível. Esta nova abordagem da ONU deverá abarcar um novo relacionamento com as esferas públicas, passando a trabalhar com os estados e municípios. ...

The objective of this paper is to show that Brazil is in a period of maturity growth of its democratic institutions at the same time as its economy grows. These characteristics make it unique, unable to be classified based on their income because of the lack o multidimensionality of human life. The dependence of countries with large inequalities and an average GDP per capita of international institutions like the UN should have done so by reducing internal policies to solve problems like hunger ...

Agencies and offices of the UN System still have room to operate in Brazil, however, recast its approach taken to deal with poor countries is imperative.
