O objetivo do trabalho é avaliar o grau de conhecimento dos atendentes dos SACs sobre a característica “verde” do produto, bem como o grau de comprometimento dos mesmos com o cliente. O objetivo do trabalho é avaliar o grau de conhecimento dos atendentes dos SACs sobre a característica “verde” do produto, bem como o grau de comprometimento dos mesmos com o cliente. A metodologia foi desenvolvida a partir de um enfoque qualitativo com delineamento exploratório, constituindo-se de duas etapas principais. Na primeira etapa da pesquisa foram analisados 1200 rótulos de produtos dos quais 59 apresentaram evidências de práticas de um dos sete pecados do greenwashing, que estavam em desacordo com a Norma ISO 14021 ou usando incorretamente os símbolos e declarações ambientais, dando uma média de 4,92% dos produtos pesquisados. Na segunda etapa da pesquisa foi usada a técnica do cliente oculto, junto aos SACs quando então foram acionados 35 SACs pelos canais 0800, email e ligação paga, das empresas que apresentavam algum problema na rotulagem detectado na primeira etapa, tendo um índice de retorno de 82,9 %. Esta etapa teve o intuito de analisar a qualidade do serviço oferecido, avaliando-se o grau de conhecimento dos atendentes sobre o argumento “verde” do produto, bem como a quantidade de retornos recebida. O resultado dos contatos realizados com os SACs não foi satisfatório, visto 17,1 % dos mesmos não terem retornado a resposta e cerca de 80% dos retornos recebidos não tiveram adequada argumentação da característica “verde” do produto. ...
