Finanças comportamentais : orientação ao perfil do investidor pessoa física

Abstract

As Finanças Comportamentais vêm traçando um longo percurso oferecendo interpretações alternativas ao modelo que pressupõe o comportamento racional dos agentes e o funcionamento dos mercados eficientes por meio de estudos dos aspectos comportamentais no processo de tomada de decisão. Este trabalho tenta identificar a consideração desses comportamentos no processo de orientação ao investidor pessoa física no varejo. Adequandose às exigências da ANBIMA, as instituições financeiras desenvolveram o questionário de Análise de Perfil do Investidor para aferir o perfil do investidor. A partir da análise destes questionários buscou-se identificar se tais aspectos comportamentais são considerados na formulação desses questionários e se a abordagem converge para os achados das teorias das Finanças Comportamentais na dinâmica do processo de orientação à decisão do investidor pessoa física.

The Behavioral Finance have been plotting a long way to offering alternative interpretations of the model that assumes rational behavior of agents and the efficient functioning of markets through studies of behavioral aspects in decision-making process. This study attempts to identify the consideration of these behaviors in the process of orientation to the private investor in retail. Adjusting to the demands of ANBIMA, financial institutions have developed a questionnaire for the Analysis of Investor Profile to assess the profile of the investor. From the analysis of these questionnaires sought to identify whether these behavioral aspects are considered in formulating questionnaires and the approach converges to the findings of Behavioral Finance theories of the dynamics of the orientation process to the decision of the individual investor.
