dc.description.abstractO conhecimento acerca da motivação possui especial importância no âmbito da Educação Física. Tendo em vista que permite tanto ao professor quanto aos alunos identificar fatores que influenciam o seu estado motivacional, sendo possível adaptar planos de aula, metodologias e metas de acordo com o interesse do aluno e do professor. O Jiu-jitsu, por sua vez, vem sendo bastante divulgado nos últimos anos, principalmente após a ascensão da modalidade em competições de artes marciais combinadas com o MMA, sendo praticado no mundo inteiro por pessoas de todas as idades. Logo, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi conhecer os fatores que mais motivam os praticantes de Jiu-jitsu dentro das seguintes dimensões motivacionais: Controle do Estresse, Saúde, Sociabilidade, Competitividade, Prazer e Estética. Com este intuito, foi aplicado o Inventário de Motivação à Prática Regular de Atividades Físicas e/ou Esportivas – IMPRAFE-132 – de Balbinotti (2009). A amostra foi composta por 40 praticantes de Jiu-jitsu em diferentes academias e clubes de Porto Alegre, na faixa etária de 13 a 53 anos, de ambos os sexos. Constatou-se como fatores que mais motivam à prática regular da modalidade as dimensões Saúde (1º), Prazer (2º), seguida por Controle de Estresse, Competitividade, Estética e Sociabilidade (3º) que obtiveram valores indissociáveis estatisticamente. Quanto à dimensão Sociabilidade, embora tendo ficado dentro do terceiro grupo, apresentou um valor limítrofe, ficando muito próximo de p=0,05. Com isso, os resultados indicam que os principais motivos que levam os praticantes de Jiu-jitsu pesquisados em Porto Alegre a manter a prática regular deste esporte são a manutenção da saúde e a obtenção de momentos de prazer.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractThe knowledge around motivation have special importance in the ambit of Physical Education. Have in seen that allows even the professor as the students identify factors that influence their motivational state, been possible adapt class plans, methods and goals according with the interest of the student and the professor. The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu however have been very released in last few years, mostly after the ascension of the modality in combined martial arts competitions, like MMA, been practiced all over the world by people of all ages. Soon, the objective of this research was known the factors that most motivate the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners inside the followings motivational dimensions: Stress Control, Health, Sociability, Competitiveness, Pleasure and Aesthetics. With this intuit, was applied the Physical and/or Sportive Regular Practice Motivation Inventory – IMPRAFE–132 – from Balbinotti (2009). The sample was composed by 40 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners, from different academies and gyms in Porto Alegre, with ages between 13 to 53 years old, of both genres. Was found that the factors that most influenced in motivation by the regular practice of this modality, by relevance order, was Health (1st), Pleasure (2nd), followed by Stress Control, Competitiveness, Aesthetics and Sociability (3rd) that obtained statistically unassociated values. As to Sociability dimension, although have been inside the third group, has shown a neighboring value, stain very close to p=0,05. With this, the results appoint that the main factors that took the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners in Porto Alegre to keep the regularity was the health maintenance and to obtain pleasure moments.en
