Violência de Estado, aprisionamento e subjetivação : análise discursiva de enunciados em paredes de presídio

Abstract

O presente trabalho analisa enunciados escritos em paredes do presídio de Ahú, que era localizado em Curitiba/PR. A reflexão toma como base a Análise Materialista de Discurso, a partir da qual os conceitos de formação discursiva, interdiscurso e contradição se tornam fundamentais para compreender o processo de significação, calcado em formas de existência material inscritas em paredes de penitenciária. Refletimos sobre a diferença entre pichação e grafite, compreendendo essas inscrições como formasde escritas de si. A análise trabalha sobre o excesso de negações nos enunciados do corpus e seu funcionamento discursivo. Concluímos que os enunciados são heterogêneos, tanto em relação à formação discursiva de identificação dos sujeitos quanto em relação aposições discursivas antagônicas. As paredes se tornam um lugar possível de se pronunciar contra as diferentes relações de opressão às quais o sistema carcerário brasileiro submete os apenados, garantindo-lhes somente o direito ao silêncio.

The present studyanalyzes statements written on the walls of the Ahú prison, which was located in Curitiba. The reflection is based on the Materialist Discourse Analysis, from which the concepts of discursive formation, interdiscourse,and contradiction become fundamental to understanding the process of meaning, based on forms of material existence inscribed on penitentiary walls. We reflect on thedifference between pichação and graffiti, understanding these inscriptions as forms of self-writing. The analysis works on the excess of negations in the corpus statements and their discursive functioning. We conclude that the utterances are heterogeneous, both in relation to the discursive formation of identification of the subjects and in relation to antagonistic discursive positions. The walls become a possible place to speak out against the different relations of oppression to which the Brazilian prison system subjects inmates, guaranteeing them only the right to silence.
