dc.description.abstractDihydropirimidinones (DHPMs) are molecules whose synthesis is known since 1893, and lately has been receiving increased attention due to its diversity of pharmacological actions, such as: anti-tumor activity, antiviral, antiinflammatory, calcium channel blocker and antiparasitic. In our study, we performed the synthesis of DHPM, its hydrolysis by conventional heating and microwave, and after that, was added amine in these DHPMs hydrolysed by solid-phase organic synthesis (SPOS).en
