Políticas arquivísticas e cultura organizacional no âmbito da UFRGS

Abstract

Considerando o contexto organizacional das instituições federais de ensino superior identifica-se uma diversidade de conjunturas administrativas, especialmente no que diz respeito à gestão de documentos, bem como as políticas arquivísticas pertinentes a essas instituições. Objetivando uma reflexão sobre as demandas oriundas desses ambientes administrativos, assim como suas relações com a cultura organizacional em consonância com os aparatos legais – a Lei n.º 8.159/1991 (Lei de Arquivos) e a Lei n.º 12.527/2011 (Lei de Acesso à Informação) –, buscou-se investigar três universidades federais - UFG, UNIRIO, UFSM - em comparação ao cenário encontrado em 2014, na UFRGS. Os resultados dessa pesquisa foram norteadores para a elaboração de um plano de trabalho, bem como de ações específicas da Divisão de Documentação e do Arquivo Central da UFRGS.

Considering the organizational context of the federal institutions of higher education, a diversity of administrative situations is identified, especially with regard to the records management, as well as the archival policies pertinent to these institutions. Aiming at reflecting on the demands arising from these administrative environments, as well as their relations with the organizational culture in line with the legal apparatus - Law no. 8.159 / 1991 (Law of Archives) and Law no. 12,527 / 2011 (Law of Information Access) -, it was sought to investigate three federal universities - UFG, UNIRIO, UFSM - in comparison to the scenario found in 2014, at UFRGS. The results of this research were guiding to the elaboration of a work plan, as well as of specific actions of the Documentation Division and of the Central Archive of UFRGS.
