O desenvolvimento do turismo rural e sua implantação no empreendimento Moinho Cavichion, Gramado, RS

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a implantação do turismo rural no empreendimento Moinho Cavichion, integrante dos roteiros turísticos no município de Gramado, RS. O trabalho se inicia com um breve histórico geral sobre o turismo rural e suas tipologias, em seguida são relatados os passos que devem ser seguidos para desenvolver o turismo dentro de uma propriedade. Em relação aos procedimentos metodológicos, este estudo é do tipo exploratório, com abordagem qualitativa. Neste estudo foram realizadas entrevistas com o extensionista da Emater e com a proprietária do Moinho Cavichion, com o intuito de coletar informações sobre o turismo rural no município a implantação do turismo no referido empreendimento no município, respectivamente. Como principal resultado obtido foi o conhecimento sobre o desenvolvimento do turismo rural no município de Gramado em especial do Moinho Cavichion, que representa uma oportunidade de empreendedorismo rural, o qual atua resgatando as histórias, preservando a natureza, a cultura, costumes e tradições dos descendentes de imigrantes italianos e alemães, além de gerar um complemento de renda para os proprietários e fomentar a criação de novos produtos no interior, e com isso desenvolvendo novas agroindústrias. Concluímos o presente estudo percebendo o quanto o turismo rural se bem aplicado, planejado, desenvolvido dentro da propriedade, o quanto ele é importante para o desenvolvimento no meio rural, claro que não seria a solução de todos os problemas para uma propriedade, mas sim uma oportunidade de empreendedorismo rural, podendo assim se criar uma ampla diversificação de renda.

This work aims to analyze the implementation of rural tourism in the Moinho Cavichion development, part of the tourist itineraries in the municipality of Gramado, RS. The work begins with a brief general history on rural tourism and its typologies, then are reported the steps that must be followed to develop tourism within a property. Regarding methodological procedures, this study is exploratory, with a qualitative approach. In this study, interviews were conducted with the extension ist of Emater and with the owner of Moinho Cavichion, in order to collect information about rural tourism in the municipality the implementation of tourism in the said development in the municipality, respectively. As the main result obtained was the knowledge about the development of rural tourism in the municipality of Gramado in particular the Cavichion Mill, which represents an opportunity for rural entrepreneurship, which acts by rescuing the stories, preserving the nature, culture, customs and traditions of the descendants of Italian and German immigrants, in addition to generating a complement of income for the owners and fostering the creation of new products inside, and thereby developing new agroindustries. We conclude the present study realizing how well applied rural tourism, planned, developed within the property, how important it is for development in rural areas, of course it would not be the solution of all problems for a property, but rather an opportunity for rural entrepreneurship, thus creating a wide diversification of income.
