Educação ambiental : pesca cooperativa entre os pescadores e os botos da barra do Rio Tramandaí

Abstract

A pesca cooperativa é um fenômeno raro no mundo. A interação en tre os Botos da barra do Rio Tramandaí e os pescadores no Litoral Norte do Rio Grande do Sul ocorre apenas aqui e em Laguna, Santa Catarina. Esta é a afirmação dos pesquisadores e cientistas que estudam esses acontecimentos. Este Trabalho se estruturou alinhado ao Projeto Pedagógico do Curso de Ciência da Natureza, tendo como objetivo geral trazer o debate no que concerne à Educação Ambiental, preservação do meio ambiente e a cultura da pesca cooperativa entre os botos e os pescadores da barra do Rio Tramandaí. Nos objetivos específicos reconheceu os ecossistemas locais como dunas, lagos e vegetações, compreendeu a pesca, sua importância para o pescador onde visitamos a história para compreender como a pesca impulsionou o desenvolvimento econômico e a infr aestrutura do Litoral Norte e que ainda é a única fonte de renda e de alimento para muitas famílias. Falamos sobre eles: os botos Tursiops Gephyreus e a pesca cooperativa, levando e ssa interação para dentro da Escola na prática, construindo e ssa ponte entre os mares e a Escola. Para tanto, uma semana pedagógica foi pensada visando servir de inspiração para outros professores. Nela a Educação Ambiental favorec e o desenvolvimento de uma cultura de preservação local tendo um olhar especial ao Projeto dos Botos da Barra. Por fim, a certeza de que essa proteção passa pelo conhecimento e é nossa responsabilidade como docentes sensibilizar as crianças, pois dependerá delas a preservação desse fenômeno e isso exigirá respeito, conhecimento, ciência e cuidado.

Cooperative fishing is a rare phenomenon in the world. The interaction between the river dolphins of the Rio Tramandaí bar and the fishermen on the North Coast of Rio Grande do Sul occurs only here and in Laguna, Santa Catarina. This is the statement of researchers and scientists who study these events. This work was structured in line with the Pedagogical Project of the Natural Science Course, with the general objective of bringing the debate regarding Environmental Education, preservation of the environment, and the culture of cooperative fishing between the dolphins and the fishermen of the mouth of the Tramandaí River. In the specific objectives, he recognized the local ecosystems such as dunes, lakes, and veget ation, understood fishing, its importance for the fisherman where we visited history to understand how fishing boosted the economic development and infrastructure of the North Coast and which is still the only source of income and food for many families. We talk about them: the Tursiops Gephyreus porpoises and cooperative fishing, taking this interaction into the School in practice, building this bridge between the seas a nd the School. Therefore, a pedagogical week was designed to serve as an inspiration for other teachers. In it, Environmental Education favors the development of a culture of local preservation, having a special look at the Botos da Barra Project. Finally, the certainty that this protection involves knowledge and it is our responsibility as teachers to sensitize children, as the preservation of this phenomenon will depend on them and this will require respect, knowledge, science, and care.
