Pré-vestibulares populares em Porto Alegre : interface entre luta antirracista e educação popular

Abstract

O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso trabalha com a interface entre a educação popular e a luta antirracista em quatro pré-vestibulares populares em Porto Alegre. Como percurso metodológico realizou-se levantamento bibliográfico, tratando especialmente dos temas da história do Brasil, da educação popular e dos pré-vestibulares populares. Recorreu-se também a oito entrevistas, a análise de Projetos Político-Pedagógicos e de editais de chamamento de alunos, além de conversas informais. Por meio dos dados coletados, foi possível perceber contribuições para uma concepção de luta antirracista. A partir das fontes, combinadas com a bibliografia, foi possível analisar os cursinhos a partir de oito indicadores: reserva de vagas em editais, troca de experiencias, formações, currículo, lideranças, engajamento em manifestações, relação com a localidade e a proporção de educadores populares negros. Dessa forma foi possível compreender que todos, em pelo menos algumas destas dimensões, conseguem incorporar a luta antirracista em sua prática de educação popular. Mas também foi constatado que a pesquisa somente conseguiu atingir uma realidade discursiva das fontes, não conseguindo compreender seus desdobramentos nas práticas pedagógicas.

This Course Conclusion Work works with the interface between popular education and the anti-racist struggle in four popular college entrance exams in Porto Alegre. As a methodological approach, a bibliographic survey was carried out, dealing especially with the themes of the history of Brazil, popular education and popular pre-university entrance exams. Eight interviews were also used, the analysis of Political-Pedagogical Projects and student call notices, in addition to informal conversations. Through the collected data, it was possible to perceive contributions to a conception of anti-racist struggle. From the sources, combined with the bibliography, it was possible to analyze the courses from eight indicators: reservation of vacancies in notices, exchange of experiences, training, curriculum, leadership, engagement in demonstrations, relationship with the location and the proportion of educators popular black people. In this way, it was possible to understand that everyone, in at least some of these dimensions, manages to incorporate the anti-racist struggle into their practice of popular education. But it was also found that the research only managed to reach a discursive reality of the sources, failing to understand its consequences in pedagogical practices.
