| pt_BR |
dc.description.abstract | In an increasingly digital world, social networks have gained importance as a means of communication between consumers of certain brands or products. This communication often takes place within communities, which unite users around a common theme and create a space dedicated to the consumption of other people's opinions and the interaction between members. The exchange of information in these environments can lead to variations in the value of the brands for the individuals involved, and the main objective of this work is to determine in parallel the influence of the different factors present in the communication between customers in online communities in two antecedents of the brand value, the association and brand loyalty. To this end, data was collected from 156 posts from a community centered on comic books, involving four relevant brands in the Brazilian market. The collection took place through a quantitative survey sent to users who participated in the posts with any comment, and through netnography of the selected posts. After combining the data and analyzing the 241 responses obtained, it is concluded that the brand association is influenced by factors present in the communication between customers in the online community, being the valence, the previous perception about the brand, the frequency, the duration, and the brand itself treated in the post. Loyalty, on the other hand, is influenced by valence, previous perception of the brand, frequency, and the brand treated in the post. | en |
