O que há de novo nas novas formas de exclusão na educação? : neoliberalismo, trabalho e educação

Abstract

Desenvolvo neste ensaio alguns argumentos críticos em relação ao caráter do projeto neoliberal no campo educacional. Com o objetivo de caracterizar e identificar novos (e também não tão novos) processos de exclusão na política educacional da Nova Direita, apresento, de forma comparativa, os diagnósticos e as promessas formulados pelos defensores da perspectiva privatista que orienta o projeto hegemônico neoliberal.

I develop in this essay a critique of the neoliberal project in the educational field. With the purpose of caracterizing and identifying new (and also not so new) processes of exclusion present in the politics of education of the New Right, I describe, comparati vely, the diagnostics and the promises developed some decades ago by the theorists of the human capital as well the ones otlered by the advocates of the privatist perspective which informs the hegemonic neoliberal project.
