Introdução: Cromoblastomicose é uma micose granulomatosa crônica, de progressão lenta, que afeta os tecidos cutâneo e subcutâneo causada por fungos dematiáceos. O fármaco padrão dos antifúngicos orais para o tratamento dessa micose é o itraconazol e, o de segunda escolha, terbinafina. Introdução: Cromoblastomicose é uma micose granulomatosa crônica, de progressão lenta, que afeta os tecidos cutâneo e subcutâneo causada por fungos dematiáceos. O fármaco padrão dos antifúngicos orais para o tratamento dessa micose é o itraconazol e, o de segunda escolha, terbinafina. Entretanto a taxa de cura em monoterapia com estes fármacos possui uma variação de 15 a 80%. Objetivos: Realizar um levantamento sobre a suscetibilidade dos agentes da cromoblastomicose a antifúngicos e como se comportam quando em associação in vitro. Métodos: Revisão sistemática realizada baseada nas orientações Cochrane. Para elaboração da questão de investigação foi utilizado o método PICOS. Foram incluídos nesta revisão os estudos que identificaram molecularmente o fungo, que estejam relacionados com a cromoblastomicose e ensaios de atividade antifúngica que seguem protocolos para fungos filamentosos. Foram utilizadas 47 palavras-chave e três bases de dados: PubMED, LILACS e SciELO. Resultados: Foram incluídos 21 artigos. Destes, cinco estudos analisaram associações de antifúngicos pelo método checkerboard. Conclusões: Com base nas concentrações inibitórias mínimas obtidas para cada espécie, foi possível concluir que os antifúngicos mais eficazes são terbinafina, posaconazol e itraconazol. E quanto à associação de antifúngicos, apenas Fonsecaea monophora e Phialophora verrucosa foram estudadas, sendo que as melhores combinações para cada espécie foram itraconazol-terbinafina e itraconazol-caspofungina, respectivamente. ...
