Os bastidores revelados : (as mulheres e as narrativas históricas)

Abstract

"Os bastidores revelados" discute como, neste mundo marcado pelo multiculturalismo e pela globalização, numa época testemunhal como é a nossa, as mulheres- em especial as portuguesas e, entre elas- Lídia Jorge- estão lendo a história dos seus países. Há a revelação de uma realidade diferenciada através de temas relacionados com o ser mulher e a experiência feminina, mas há, também, o recorte e a · recontextualização dessa mesma experiência dentro do processo histórico como um todo, inscrevendo a sua identidade na busca da identidade nacional.

This article examines the way, in a world marked by the multiculturalism and globalization, in a testimonial time as ð€‚«ur time is, the women-specially the Portuguese women- and among them Lídia Jorge,_ are reading the History of their countries. There is the revelation of a different reality through themes related to the fact ofbeing women and to their feminine experience, but at the same time there is the clipping and the new contextualization ofthose experience in the historical process as a whole, inscribing her identity in search of a national identity.
