Violência contra a mulher : contribuições da vitimologia

Abstract

O artigo apresenta algumas contribuições da vitimologia para a compreensão da complexa relação entre autor e vítima nos casos de violência cíclica contra a mulher no contexto das relações afetivas. Realiza uma aproximação entre a vitimologia e as criminologias feminista e crítica, problematizando a eficácia dos mecanismos legais de proteção da mulher contra todas as formas de violência. Por fim, propõe alternativas para a prevenção da violência doméstica e para a minimização das suas consequências nocivas, adotando o método dialético de abordagem.

The article presents some of victimology contributions to the understanding of the complex relationship between author and victim in cases of cyclical violence against women in the context of personal relationships. Performs a rapprochement between victimology and criminology feminist and critical, questioning the effectiveness of legal mechanisms of protection of women against all forms of violence. Finally, it proposes alternatives for the prevention of domestic violence and to minimize its negative consequences , adopting the dialectical method of approach.
