Mapeamento da produção científica do corpo docente do Programa de Pós-Graduação da Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público

Abstract

Considerando a recente criação do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Direito da Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público (FMP), em 2016, este trabalho buscou analisar as características da produção científica dos treze pesquisadores que compõem, atualmente, o corpo docente permanente referente às publicações registradas entre 2010 e 2018, permitindo analisar o período anterior e posterior à criação do programa. Para alcançar este objetivo, foi realizada uma pesquisa básica, quantitativa, descritiva e bibliométrica a partir da coleta de 995 registros de publicação no Currículo Lattes de cada pesquisador. Buscou-se também amparo em conceitos acerca da comunicação científica, pós-graduação e ensino jurídico, bem como, colaboração científica, a fim de atingir a complexidade que envolve o domínio das publicações científicas. A primeira parte das análises busca trazer as características da produtividade, e a segunda parte refere-se às coautorias internas estabelecidas entre os pesquisadores estudados, bem como às coautorias totais, contabilizando também os demais coautores registrados. Com os resultados obtidos, verificou-se que houve um crescimento na produtividade do grupo e individual, bem como na formação de autorias compartilhadas desde o vínculo dos pesquisadores ao programa. Ressalta-se que as características encontradas nas publicações já estão previstas na literatura como específicas das ciências sociais. Espera-se que este trabalho possa servir como base para o aprofundamento das análises por meio de pesquisa qualitativa.

Considering the recent creation of the Graduate Program in Law at the Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público (FMP), in 2016, this work sought to analyze the characteristics of the scientific production of the thirteen researchers that currently set up the academic staff for publications registered between 2010 and 2018, allowing to analyze the period before and after the creation of the program. To achieve this goal, It was conducted a basic, quantitative, descriptive and bibliometric research, based on the gathering of 995 records in the Currículo Lattes of each researcher. It also sought to support in concepts about scientific communication, post-graduation and legal education, as well as scientific collaboration, in order to achieve the complexity that involves the domain of scientific publications. The first part of the analysis seeks to bring the characteristics of productivity, and the second part refers to the internal co-authoring established between the researchers studied, as well as total co-authoring, thath also account the others registered co-authors. The obtained results make possible to verify that, since the link to the program, there was an increase in the individual productivity and of the group, as well as in the formation of shared authorships. It is emphasized that the characteristics found in the publications are already foreseen in the literature as specific in the social sciences. It is hoped that this work can serve as a basis for the deepening of the analyzes through qualitative research.
