Estudo exploratório sobre percepção de farmacêuticas e estudante de Farmácia a respeito da prescrição farmacêutica

Abstract

O objetivo do artigo foi identificar e analisar a percepção de duas farmacêuticas e uma estudante do curso de graduação de Farmácia da UFRGS que exercem ou já exerceram suas atividades em drogaria, unidade pública de atenção à saúde e hospitalar, sobre a prescrição e outras atividades clínicas nestes cenários da prática farmacêutica. Para isso, buscou-se identificar as barreiras percebidas pelas farmacêuticas e pela estudante para a execução e implementação das atividades clínicas e descrever as atividades atualmente desenvolvidas em seus locais de trabalho. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, exploratório. Os dados foram obtidos por meio de um grupo focal. Após a transcrição e análise dos conteúdos, as falas foram categorizadas. As categorias finais foram: Conhecimento das Resoluções do CFF, Gestão do trabalho, Formação e Regulamentação, Experiência em clínica e Valorização profissional. As participantes acreditam que a principal barreira à execução das atividades clínicas é a formação e a regulamentação das atividades, além da grande demanda por serviços de gestão. Acredita-se que, nos últimos anos, após a reforma para currículos de formação generalista nos cursos de Farmácia no Brasil, as barreiras que afastavam o farmacêutico das demais profissões da saúde têm sido minimizadas e há compreensão sobre a necessidade de inclusão do farmacêutico ao sistema de saúde como sugere a OMS.

The objective of this article was to identify and analyze the perception of two pharmacists and a student of the undergraduate course of Pharmacy of the UFRGS who exercise or have already exercised their activities in private and public community pharmacy, and hospital pharmacy, on prescription and other clinical activities in these Scenarios of pharmaceutical practice. In order to do so, we sought to identify the barriers perceived by pharmacists and students to execute and implement clinical activities and describe the activities currently carried out in their workplaces. This is a qualitative, exploratory study. The data were obtained through a focus group. After the transcription and analysis of the contents, the statements were categorized. The final categories were: Knowledge of CFF Resolutions, Work Management, Training and Regulation, Experience in Clinic and Professional Valuation. Participants believe that the main barrier to the execution of clinical activities is the training and regulation of activities, in addition to the great demand for administrative services. It is believed that, in recent years, after the reform of curricula of general education in Pharmacy courses in Brazil, the barriers that kept the pharmacist away from other health professions have been minimized and there is an understanding of the need to include the pharmacist in the system as suggested by WHO.
