Processo de abertura de uma empresa e sua adesão ao Simples Nacional

Abstract

Este estudo pretende descrever o processo de abertura de uma empresa, sua adesão ao Simples Nacional e a forma de cálculo dos tributos nesse regime. Para embasar a pesquisa, foram utilizadas informações presentes na legislação que regula o assunto, além de sites de órgãos públicos responsáveis pela realização desses processos. Essas informações foram organizadas e sistematizas de maneira a resultar em um manual, que serve de guia para novos empreendedores ou para aqueles que pretendem formalizar seu negócio constituindo uma empresa e aderindo ao regime tributário simplificado. O passo a passo resultante foi dividido em sete etapas, sendo seis sobre o processo de abertura, e a última sobre a adesão e o funcionamento do Simples Nacional. Através desse estudo, foi possível observar que, apesar de ainda complexo e extenso, existe um esforço dos órgãos envolvidos em simplificar e desburocratizar esse processo, visto principalmente em convênios estabelecidos entre diferentes órgãos com o objetivo de integrá-los e reduzir o tempo e o número de documentos solicitados.

This study intends to describe the company’s opening process, your accession to the Simple National and the way of calculating the taxes in this regime. To support this research, was used information in the legislation that regulates the subject, as well sites of public agencies responsible for carrying out these processes. This information has been organized and systematized to result in a manual that guides new entrepreneurs or those who intend to formalize their business by forming a company and joining the simplified tax regime. The resulting step-by-step was divided in seven steps, six of them about the opening process, and the last one about the accession and operation of the Simple National. Through this study, it was possible to observe that, although still complex and extensive, there is an effort of the organs involved in simplifying and reducing bureaucracy in this process, seen mainly in covenants established between different organs with the objective of integrating them and reducing the time and the number of requested documents.
