As fronteiras como feridas da modernidade : o corpo-texto anunciando o futuro

Abstract

A obra da chicana Gloria Anzaldúa foi o corpo- texto capaz de impulsionar o debate sobre a fronteira. A identidade mestiza e o texto como denúncia extrapolam o pensamento individual para o coletivo e difundem a multiplicidade identitária na área fronteiriça - Borderland. Considerando a fronteira como espaço para a efervescência de sujeitos múltiplos, cabe aqui este diálogo aproximar a fronteira com a concepção de ferida. Nesse sentido, a modernidade estaria pautada a partir do corpo-texto dessa escritora que foi capaz de anunciar o futuro.

The work of the chicana Gloria Anzaldúa was the text able of stimulate the discussion about borders. The mestiza identity and the denunciation text extrapolate from individual to collective thought and spreads the multiplicity of identity in the border area – “Borderland”. Considering the border as space to the effervescence of multiple subjects, it is here in this dialogue to approach the border with the conception of wound. In this sense, modernity would be based on the body-text of this writer who was able to announce the future.
