A crítica à estratégia democrático-nacional nas formulações da Polop (Organização Revolucionária Marxista Política Operária) : do surgimento da Polop até o golpe de 1964

Abstract

O presente estudo tem como objetivo apontar alguns elementos a respeito da crítica à estratégia democrático-nacional elaborada pela Organização Revolucionária Marxista – Política Operária - (ORM-Polop) através de seu Jornal, o Politica Operaria. Usaremos de parte da historiografia sobre os movimentos revolucionários da década de 1960, os debates sobre a formação social do Brasil, bem como material de pesquisa composto por jornais e revistas da Polop. O problema que norteia a investigação é identificar qual a estratégia hegemonizada no início da década de 60 e analisar se a Polop, nesta década, tinha formulações que continham divergência com a estratégia colocada em movimento.

The present study aims to point out some elements regarding the critique of the democratic and national strategy elaborated by the Organização Revolucionária Marxista – Política Operária - (ORM-POLOP) through its Journal, Operative Politics. We will use part of the historiography about the revolutionary movements of the 1960s, as well as debates concerning Brazil's social formation and also research material including the newspapers and magazines published by POLOP. The problem behind the research is to identify the strategy which reached a hegemonical status in the early 1960s, in order to analyze whether POLOP's premisses stood or not in accordance with that strategy.
