O lugar da criança com autismo no desejo dos pais

Abstract

O presente estudo buscou compreender o lugar da criança com autismo no desejo dos pais. A partir do estágio realizado na clínica da aprendizagem, na Clínica de Atendimento Psicológico da UFRGS, os atendimentos com crianças com autismo instigaram o desejo pela questão sinalizada. A trajetória por diferentes autores sobre o tema possibilitou a fundamentação teórica sobre o autismo, as diferentes concepções sobre a origem do desenvolvimento da manifestação autística, a psicodinâmica familiar e os possíveis efeitos na constituição da criança com autismo e as repercussões do diagnóstico na dinâmica familiar. Para ilustrar a discussão produzida pela revisão da literatura, apresento alguns recortes de um caso clínico construído a partir dos atendimentos realizados no percurso do estágio. Diante de uma discussão prévia sobre o uso do caso clínico como método na psicanálise, concluo o estudo realizando uma análise do material clínico a luz da teoria consultada.

The present study sought to understand the place of the child with autism in the parents desire. From the stage carried out in the learning clinic at the Psychological Attention Clinic of UFRGS, attendance with children with autism instigated the desire for the signaled question. The trajectory by different authors on the subject made possible the theoretical basis on autism, the different conceptions about the origin of the development of the autistic manifestation, the familiar psychodynamics and the possible effects on the constitution of the child with autism and the repercussions of the diagnosis in the family dynamics. To illustrate the discussion produced by the review of the literature, I present some clippings of a clinical case constructed from the visits performed in the course of the stage. Faced with a previous discussion about the use of the clinical case as a method in psychoanalysis, I conclude the study by performing an analysis of the clinical material in light of the theory consulted.
