Estudo de viabilidade econômico-financeira de uma empresa de beneficiamento e comercialização de arroz

Abstract

A finalidade deste estudo é apresentar a viabilidade econômico-financeira da criação de uma empresa de beneficiamento e comercialização de arroz, que inicialmente será instalada na cidade de Porto Alegre, tendo esta região como mercado inicial. Efetuando-se uma coleta de dados para mensurar o mercado potencial e principalmente os custos envolvidos na operação e assim, através do fluxo de caixa fazer uma análise financeira da possibilidade de viabilidade do projeto. Também, descrever as etapas envolvidas em todo processo produtivo, passando desde o armazenamento inicial, procedimentos essenciais para a adequada armazenagem e por fim o beneficiamento para que fique pronto para comercialização final. Este trabalho vai englobar as principais características do negócio, tentando dimensionar os custos envolvidos na operação e principalmente qual capital inicial será necessário para a real implantação. Serão elaboradas planilhas que vão demonstrar o fluxo mensal da empresa e assim, possibilitará uma análise mais profunda que trará mais segurança nas tomadas de decisões.

The purpose of this study is to present the economic and financial feasibility of creating a business improvement and marketing of rice, which initially will be installed in the city of Porto Alegre, taking this region as initial market. Performing is a collection of data to measure the potential market and especially the costs involved in the operation and so, through the cash flow to analyze the possibility of financial viability of the project. Also, describe the steps involved throughout the production process, moving from the initial storage, procedures essential to proper storage and finally the improvement to be ready for final marketing. This work will include the main features of the business, trying to scale the costs involved in the operation, and especially where initial capital is needed for the actual deployment. Spreadsheets will be developed that will demonstrate the monthly flow of the company and thus allow a deeper analysis that will bring more security in decision-making.
